Vegapunk’s ability to store infinite knowledge is terrifying if you give it to someone who can fight. Imagine an already powerful character learning every fighting style, every scientific principle, every technique. The only reason this fruit is not in the top 10 is that Vegapunk himself is not a combat-focused character, so it’s hard to judge how amazing the fruit truly is.
Human-Human Fruit Model Buddha (Hito Hito no Mi, Model Daibutsu)
Sengoku transforms into a giant golden Buddha that emits shockwaves. It is clearly powerful, but Oda has shown so little of its true potential that ranking it is difficult. With more feats, this could easily be a top 10 fruit
Pile-Pile Fruit (Piru Piru no Mi)
This is one of the strangest Devil Fruits in the story. The Pile-Pile Fruit allows its user, Charlotte Newshi, to combine bodies with other people. The number of possible combinations is absurd. Imagine Luffy fusing with Zoro or Sanji. Imagine Roger and Garp turning into one fighter. The fruit is obscure, but the potential is incredible.
Fish-Fish Fruit Model Azure Dragon (Uo Uo no Mi, Model Seiryu)
Kaido’s Mythical Zoan is one of the strongest transformations in the series. He becomes a massive dragon capable of firing lightning and fire, flying across continents, and carrying entire islands. Oda also decided to give the user incredible durability for no reason other than chaos. There is no real weakness to this fruit other than Kaido’s personality.
Bird-Bird Fruit Model Phoenix (Tori Tori no Mi, Model Phoenix)
Marco’s Phoenix fruit has regeneration, flight, durability, offensive power, and defensive power. It essentially combines aspects of all three Devil Fruit types into one ability. Some characters get fruits that turn them into walking jackets, while Marco becomes an immortal blue firebird. This fruit simply has everything.
Rumble-Rumble Fruit (Goro Goro no Mi)
There was a time when Enel’s lightning Logia was considered unbeatable. He can summon lightning from miles away, move at extremely high speeds, and even revive himself by restarting his heart. While later fruits overshadow it in versatility, the Rumble-Rumble Fruit remains one of the most offensively overwhelming abilities in the series.
Glint-Glint Fruit (Pika Pika no Mi)
Kizaru’s Logia grants him the power of light itself. Speed, destructive laser beams, instant mobility, and borderline teleportation make it one of the strongest fruits ever introduced. In theory, Kizaru could travel across the world in the time it takes you to blink. Give this fruit to a pure physical monster and the world ends.
Human-Human Fruit Model Nika (Hito Hito no Mi, Model Nika)
Luffy’s awakened fruit allows pure cartoon physics. The user can stretch reality, manipulate the environment, and turn the battlefield into a slapstick fever dream. We watch Luffy turn Kaido into a jump rope, inflate himself into giant forms, and reshape attacks using his imagination. The fruit is still evolving, so its true limits are unknown, but it is already absurd.
Tremor-Tremor Fruit (Gura Gura no Mi)
Whitebeard’s Devil Fruit is the strongest in terms of raw destructive power. Even in his weakened state, he could tilt oceans, generate island-shattering shockwaves, and threaten the stability of the entire planet. At full power in his prime, this fruit could potentially destroy the world. Its only drawback is its lack of mobility or versatility.
Dark-Dark Fruit (Yami Yami no Mi)
Blackbeard’s Dark-Dark Fruit is the ultimate counter Devil Fruit. It can nullify the abilities of any other Devil Fruit user and pull anything into its darkness. It is one of the most threatening fruits in existence. The only reason it is not number one is that it does not weaken non-Devil Fruit users. Even so, its potential is terrifying, and we have not seen its full power yet.
Op-Op Fruit (Ope Ope no Mi)
This is the most versatile and broken Devil Fruit in the series. The Op-Op Fruit allows the user to create a spatial room and manipulate anything inside it. Trafalgar Law can teleport himself, enemies, or objects, swap positions instantly, and perform internal attacks that ignore durability. He can even perform medical operations that heal fatal wounds.
The fruit’s power is so flexible that it can be used for mobility, utility, support, assassination, battlefield control, and surgery all at once. Its potential is unmatched, which makes it the easiest choice for the number one spot.
